The larp takes place from:
Run 1: Thursday, May 6th - May 9th
Run 2: Monday May 10th - May 13th
The mandatory workshops begin at 14:00, all players must be at the venue by then.
The larp starts at 20:00 and runs continuously until Saturday (R1)/Wednesday (R2) evening, and is followed by an after-party.
We need to leave the venue by 11:00 on Sunday (R1)/Thursday (R2).
The larp will take place in Jefferson, Colorado. We will organize a bus from Denver International Airport to site before and after the larp.
The venue is a luxury house with panoramic views of the mountains, a hot tub, and on-site amenities. You will be sleeping in a Queen, Double, or bunk bed in shared rooms. Towels and bed linen will be provided.
Unfortunately, not all floors of the venue are wheelchair-accessible. Please contact us with any other accessibility questions.




Our Site
Food & Drinks
We provide three meals per day, starting with dinner on Day 1 and ending with breakfast on Day 4. There will always be extra food available in the kitchen. All meals will be vegetarian. We will do our best to cater to all dietary preferences.
There will be moderate amounts of alcohol provided during the LARP. Please use common sense and do not be visibly intoxicated.

Sponsorship tickets (buyer's discretion)
By buying a sponsor ticket you make it possible for someone to get a scholarship ticket.
No payment is needed during sign-up. We will inform you whether you got a spot by early-August. After the lottery, a non-refundable deposit of $200 will be due within one week of notification. The remainder will be due by the December 1st, 2026. Refunds of non-deposit amounts are available if we are able to resell your ticket. and can be refunded in case of early cancellations (a month before the larp or more) if we find a replacement player. If you cancel later than that, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Organizers
To participate in the larp, you need to be at least 18 years old.
All communication during the LARP and in the Discord & Facebook Groups will be in English.

The United States runs will be produced by Mooney Bin Entertainment.
